A man once said to me "is it raining outside or is your windshield wet?". For the longest time I thought about that statement, and then one day I was driving in a storm and I understood what he was saying. We all go through storms in our life. Sometimes we are protected from the rain, hail, sleet, and snow just by staying inside. As it rumbles all around us we have the saftey of God looking out for us. Psalms 56:3 says "What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee". We may be scared but if we sit tight under the protection of a loving God, we have nothing to be afraid of. Other times we are out in the storm, our "windshields" are getting wet. We still have God's love and protection but we have to go through the storm. Isaiah 41:10 says "fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee: yea, I will help thee". Storms are there to help us grow. We ALL have to go through them, but how we come out on the other end is what makes us a better person...a better Christian. So let me ask you.
